My Dear Son

A picture of the first day of school.
In this new year.

How we love you Eli!
On a day like this I think back on the day you were born the four years of your life have gone so fast!
Every moment I have with you I treasure. Four years ago we carried you around, till you were hardly 9 months old and had enough of that. Your little feet went were your mind desired. Shaky walking became hard running. Mumbling talking became a sharing of thoughs and wonderful stories of how you see the world.
You grew into a little boy. My son. You have your own character lovely and friendly. I cherish your smile.
Every day with you has been a joy and a blessing of our Heavenly Father.
I give glory and praise to God for you my son that He entrusted your life into our care.
That your life might give glory and be honering to Him, your maker.
He formed you and planned your life all along. He who thought of you from the beginning will not turn his eyes from you.
Never.
He desires your prayers and fellowship.
My son that your footsteps might follow the road of Jesus.
Whatever you want to be.
Whatever you want to do.
Wherever you would like to go.
Whatever you will decide,
my dear son,
it's all ok, it's all well as long as you "do" and "go" with Jesus Christ.
Every day of your life.

There is nothing more important and there never will be anything more important than to walk with God. That is my prayer for you my son, every day of my life.

With love Mama

Singing in the rain
